# Forgeplane > Self-hosted infrastructure orchestration for governed Terraform, OpenTofu, and Ansible delivery. Forgeplane documentation describes the product, its Coordinator HTTP API, deployment, permissions, and governed run workflows. Use these links as the official documentation entry points. For a live coordinator, treat its current responses and authorization decisions as authoritative. A fetch-based agent should start here, follow only the links needed for its task, and use direct HTTP under `/api/v1` for live resource reads. A browser-capable agent can inspect `/api/docs` on a target coordinator in read-only mode. Do not enter credentials or invoke operations through an agent-controlled browser without explicit operator authorization. ## API and agent integration - [Coordinator API reference](https://forgeplane.io/reference/api/): API access paths, resource directory, authentication, request limits, lifecycle behavior, errors, and retry boundaries. - [AI agent integration](https://forgeplane.io/guides/ai-agent-integration/): Least-privilege agent policy, identity checks, resource discovery, governed runs, logs, approvals, cancellation, and requeue. - [Authentication](https://forgeplane.io/concepts/authentication/): Browser sessions, session JWTs, personal API keys, and service-account keys. - [Permissions and roles](https://forgeplane.io/reference/permissions/): Platform permissions, team actions, roles, and authorization checks. - [Service accounts](https://forgeplane.io/guides/service-accounts/): Ownership, roles, API-key lifecycle, rotation, and audit guidance. ## Delivery resources and workflows - [Template registry](https://forgeplane.io/guides/template-registry/): Template entries, immutable versions, validation, and run admission. - [Run operations](https://forgeplane.io/guides/run-operations/): Run lifecycle, observation, cancellation, requeue, and failure handling. - [Approval workflows](https://forgeplane.io/guides/approval-workflows/): Human approval boundaries and review flow. - [Projects, teams, and organizations](https://forgeplane.io/concepts/organizations-teams-and-projects/): Resource hierarchy and scope. - [Environments](https://forgeplane.io/concepts/environments/): Environment ownership and delivery context. - [Workers](https://forgeplane.io/concepts/workers/): Worker pools, capabilities, scheduling, and execution boundaries. ## Deployment and operations - [Quickstart](https://forgeplane.io/getting-started/quickstart/): Start a Forgeplane installation. - [Helm deployment](https://forgeplane.io/deployment/helm-chart/): Kubernetes installation and configuration. - [Container deployment](https://forgeplane.io/deployment/docker/): Container images and Docker Compose deployment. - [Configuration reference](https://forgeplane.io/reference/configuration/): Coordinator and worker configuration. - [System settings](https://forgeplane.io/reference/system-settings/): Runtime settings and administrative controls. ## Optional - [Webhook events](https://forgeplane.io/reference/webhook-events/): Supported event payloads and delivery behavior. - [Connections](https://forgeplane.io/guides/connections/): Saved provider connections and secret boundaries. - [Audit logging](https://forgeplane.io/guides/audit-logging/): Audit events, access, and retention behavior.
